Not sure if this the right place for this. But was hoping to see where/how other people out there have mounted and set up electric fuel pumps. Cheers Sent from my HTC 2PS6200 using Tapatalk

Sure if you have a decent amperage one that fits a xflow I'm keen on details Sent from my HTC 2PS6200 using Tapatalk

Hey, don't suppose you have an item. Number for the alternator from. Summit? Sent from my HTC 2PS6200 using Tapatalk

So this proflow 140 is starting to look like nonsense they quote the same measurements for the mounting holes for xflow windsors and clevos. I'm no expert but I don't think they would all be identical mounts? Sent from my HTC 2PS6200 using Tapatalk

I beleive so. Trying to get some details/measurements from supplier to confirm will let you know Sent from my HTC 2PS6200 using Tapatalk

I know this post is old as the hills but how did you go with the 1 wire? Sent from my HTC 2PS6200 using Tapatalk

So would an 85amp alternator be enough to keep the car happy with Thermos? Was looking at the proflow 140amp ones but it's 1 wire and from what ever read that's not advisable so looking for a 3 wire alternative. Sent from my HTC 2PS6200 using Tapatalk

Xf power steering conversion

Quick question, still haven't done this swap been doing other work. Is there any reason I couldnt use a few long lengths of braided hose in place of the factory hydraulic lines to make it easier to fit with engine in? One I can think of is the line would probably be pretty expensive Sent from my HTC_0P6B using Tapatalk -
Wow about 200 aud difference Sent from my HTC_0P6B using Tapatalk

hey guys, quick question. does anybody know the difference between a 6AL and 6AL-2? is there a huge difference? Might be able to get myself a second hand 6AL off a mate so thought id see if it would do the trick? Cheers

Sorry if it's been asked before in sure I've read it here somewhere but don't remember and can't find it. I saw the spool rod n piston set for 250 xflow. It comes with 200 rods, just curious what is the benefit of 200 rods in a 250? Cheers Sent from my HTC_0P6B using Tapatalk
-
Bloody good info thanks. So the long an curly of it is I don't need 200 rods as I suspected and I thought that kit was pretty bloody expensive too thanks for the help all Sent from my HTC_0P6B using Tapatalk
