Thanks sparky dave your suggestion of getting the engine hot worked old plugs out new ones fitted.

Run the engine, then remove them while the head is still hot.

The temperature expansion should help you.

 

Log manifold OHC's need the long electrode spark plugs, to run at their best.

I went to change my spark plugs on my xg 4.0L ute on the weekend but discovered they are very tight only managed to get one out. Any ideas how to get them out without to much drama...
