Valvebouncer 2,389 Posted September 29, 2018 So your car won’t start after you refitted the icc after dropping it? If so it is part of the CANBUS system ( think Christmas tree lights- in series) if all the modules in the car aren’t working properly or programmed properly the car won’t start, it’s a security feature. falconguy 0 Posted September 29, 2018 How do I get around this?
Valvebouncer 2,389 Posted September 29, 2018 You’ll need a new unit and it needs to be programmed into the car. Speak to either a car stereo mob or Ford
SPArKy_Dave 8,829 Posted September 29, 2018 ASL Automedia in Victoria, are the ones to speak to. They made/imported/service/repair all the stereo systems for Ford Australia, since the 1990's. 1 Valvebouncer reacted to this
