can i ask what 50oz balancer ,timing cover and timing pointer you are using, seems confusing with these timing covers as i would just like to use the older left hand waterpump and normal pulleys,as the cover i have is efi and serpintine pulleys which are fkd.

Rocker covers came up well but stickers had faded due to heat does anyone know what print was on the stickers ? Maybe sparky dave might have some pics from his nos engine ?09156f94d9bff284ee53382a4b021a30.jpg7105fed49cbee709fd279fe1a665c47d.jpgf2b9df86e37a5357faec1b4da2fc29ee.jpg

i cleaned up the timing cover and looks like this one is in gc,but here we go again this is only for a late model waterpump yeah ? i was gunna go for the old school look, and run a water pump on the left hand side,or stick with this one and refurbish the serpantine systym ?

I have the timing cover to suit an old school water pump which has the provisions for the fuel pump.

Balancer is a four bolt 50oz, can’t remember the brand but it has survived a number of 6500 pulls.

Just food for thought i could make this serpentine system work as my xf p/s line threads in,but im not sure if this crack is meant to be on the pulley looks like a new one is $55 also could trim the extra alloy off the a/c bracket i have seen on you tube mustang guys doing this62395b0f122700afb4abf98220c9c0b0.jpg081bd1577d86528b702c8efc220aebc1.jpga6292d38e5c3b9acc865ff9f27cac72b.jpg

Is the XF power steering lines long enough?

I’d like an AU 5.0 in my XF Ghia as it would be a nice cruiser, but can’t really bring myself to take the original xflow out.
