XF 85 GHIA EFI CROSSY REBUILD

Recommended Posts

can see the pitting in the valve seats from sitting for ages.. (remembers the drop in and run description..)
My gemini head from the 20yr old barn storage ran ok, but the head dude is going to re cut all the seats and valves, did old mate say how bad yours were?
First lil clean up sees the seats are well umm ok for a cheap rebuild but after i lap them it should be passable sometimes i wonder wtf am i even doing this for but i enjoy it323a85b35cdb79778089a7c44b148c35.jpg

That Stag paste was around when I was a kid.. my dad used it for plumbing jobs on the farm.. never forget the smell.. Also, I now know what lapping valves is.. never saw it done before..
