Ford Registered Technician Bulletin - 34 ADM Weber Carb

Recommended Posts

Got these off my old man from his Ford dealership days. This one refers to the Weber 34 ADM Carburettor used on both 3.3L (200 cubic inch) and 4.1L (250 cubic inch) crossflows in the XE Falcon/Fairmont and ZK Fairlane. Possibly FD LTD if any of them were carby. Very similar to the carby used on XF models - some differences include no return line on carb, fuel bowl vent added, and EST additions in 86 with unleaded.

Is it just me or did the pics disappear
Yeah they're showing up as missing images - may be a Tapatalk issue as they're hosted on there. I'll check later and see if they're back, if not I may need to upload them with whatever is being used now instead of Photobucket.

Sent from my Pixel using Tapatalk

This is fantastic, is there some way I can get a copy of it as I have been hunting for info for months?

Left mouse click on each image, choose "Save Image As"  and save them in a directory.

Fantastic info. Had a couple of compounding issues and with this info, a bit of ear bending of a few mates and some experimenting the o'l girl is running perfectly now.

Mr Polson,
any chance you could scan in that page number 8 from the Weber Manual, that was missed originally?

Also, there appears to be x2 page no.9 and x2 page no.13's
I will do my best to remember to do that tonight.

No idea why there's multiple copies of those pages, I do vaguely remember them being very annoying to upload via Tapatalk though

That'd be awesome mate! :)

Btw, there appears to be x2 page no.2 in there as well.

Should be fixed, in order, with no duplication of pages.

Does page 8 look better quality/easier to read? I used a different scanner, can redo all the pages if it's a decent difference.

Page 8, is extremely clear and easy to read, compared with all the other original scanned pages.

Can you re-scan them all? :P

Looks awesome mate, crystal clear resolution...
nice work!
I do have some other ones I might scan and upload too, general info ones rather than specific vehicles, turbochargers, brake systems, Diesel injection, change to metric.
