or maybe about 16 17kg with a tyre?

16 or 17kg bare.. clean alloy.. they are heavy..  i got $64 for 4 of them scrapped once so they must be 16kg(turbo blade EA ghia wheels) snowflakes might have been heavier//

scrap price was $1 a kilo.. i hear its more now..

Yeah I've had mine off and can vouch for that. They're built to handle a nuclear apocalypse. Chunkiest mesh alloys I've ever seen. I reckon even aftermarket steelies would be lighter ie: d-hole, round hole or sunrasia.

What would be the best way to polish these wheels ? Soda blast then milling ?

So these are 200grms lighter than a snowie and both 15 x7

so did you buy another scale battery?
i've charged them before (bodgy method.. sit the plus side on car battery and connect wire to neg side of car battery and "ZAP" it on the neg of the button battery a few one second zaps)
probably dangerous..

surprised by that, i thought they were as heavy as the ghia snowflake. which i'd scrapped at 15kg several times

i thought i'd scrapped these also, but might have been FE Ltd ones also at 15kg ish

noooooo the snowy is only 8 or 9 kg as posted earlier lol

scrap metal has paid me $15 for them, i'm thinking you are wrong.
also My metal polisher said he'd he'd never do them again.. too heavy at 15kg.

i'd be weighing yourself with wheel in hand to double check (can't see scrappers paying double for anything)
