Gas converter location

Recommended Posts

Hey fella's,

I need to reposition the LPG converter as im reinstalling the standed airbox.

Is the postion of the converter critical for it to perform well?

This is where its located.

Was thinking of mounting it like this? Or in a different position would be better?

I was told years ago, when I ran a Clevo on twin converters, that they should be mounted horizontally, like in that last pic.

Problems arise when going over large bumps......

Any LPG guru's know??

I have had them mounted both horizontal and vertical , I have never noticed a different in how they behave , but there meant to gum up a lot faster , I have never ran into this issue but I've never driven one like it for more than a year .
