fairlane/ltd rear quarter glass TRIM removal

Gday all I need to take off the bottom piece of trim around the rear quarter glass on my ltd to do some rust repairs but I don't know how to get it off, the side piece is held in with 4 screws anybody know how it comes off? Thanks in advance

Are you talking about the anodised aluminium trim on the outside of the window? Or the plastic trim on the inside?

If it's the former then it's a press fit & it should pop off by levering very carefully from one end.

Figured out how they're held in, there's 2 screws holding 2 clips to the body one at each end & the trim is held on to these clips
