So my 86 xf ute ran great and would start straight away but after being parked for a few weeks its decided to not start. The engine turns over and if I pour fuel directly into the carb it will go. There is fuel in the tank and the fuel filter is not blocked, what do you guys think is the issue?

Alright guys, so I lost my low beams in my xg xr6 ute tonight as well but they kept coming back. I pulled over to check it and after I did I went to start the ute and I had nothing. No dash lights, no smart lock signal. Absolutely nothing. Jump starting it or changing over the battery wouldn't even work. What are the chances this is an easy fix? I need it back on the road asap as its my only vehicle. All help appreciated cheers

Can someone help me out here, recently got a ba falcon xt only done 89,000 and few weeks after I got it it’s decided to not start. when it does it usually cuts back out or after about 20 seconds of driving. I got a vid here of what it’s doin. https://youtu.be/uTPMey-Vjgk
