Where would some of the better place in Brisbane or Gold Coast to get my engine block crack tested, cleaned etc etc?

224/234 @0.050'' be to big? I've been looking at edelbrock manifolds and seen they make their manifolds to suit their cams. They call the cam 'Performer RMP camshaft ' and they say run a 'Performer RPM' or ' RPM Air-Gap' manifold. Any thoughts?

another quick question what size carby should I go for 600cfm or 650cfm?

upgrading the valve springs is a no brainer? Would getting a intake manifold to match the power range of the cam be a good investment as well?

Hi, I've got a XW which im sure its factory. Its got bench seats front and rear, on the compliance plate its complained for a 6 seater but it only as two seatbelts. I got a few questions to ask. - Since its only got two seatbelts, should there be holes from factory to fit more? - If I want to fit more seatbelts does it have to get engineer (I'm in QLD)? Done some work on the xw this morning and found threaded holes, one in the parcel shelf which has a thick plate underneath and one in the floor and the same on the other side would this be the seat belt holes?

I was just really wanting put one or two in, cause I got my first baby on the way and would love to take him/her driving.

The two seatbelts look to be from factory but I couldn't tell you. I wouldn't think it would be a big deal if 4 more seatbelts got added if it was done though the right channels.

Just wondering if there is an aftermarket antenna out there that can be hidden so I don't have to have one coming up though my guard? Have had a look on ebay and only found two ''antenna boosters'' they do the same job?

If I get a wheel that's got a 5" backspace and if I put a .25" wheel spacer on will that make it a '5.25' backspace?

One of my mates has 9.5" rims with 295s without the quarters rolled and fit. I suppose it's all in the offset.

HI all, I'm certain this would of been a topic before, if there is a link can someone post it please. So I recently was given a efi 302 Windsor which I had no use or plans for but before I turf it I would like to know the pros and cons of putting it into my XW. I just want the basic common questions answered, work involved, costed, what fixes and what doesn't, any fab work to be done, is it a 'simple' bolt in, what mounts need to be use, gearboxes, tail shafts and diffs and are they a reliable motor any faults with them etc etc... Hi all, after some info on my xw trans and diff. On the id plate under trans its got a 'R' is that a c4? What type of diff do I have the tag reads like this... Part No ARC9DW4005 C Ratio 2.93 Ser No 012956 The tag is pretty hard to read but I think that is correct. Thanks for any help
