    Have snapped a timing chain in my BA utes FPV 290 motor. Can anyone tell me if the chains on the 260 and 290 are the same size as I’m getting conflicting information on this. I originally thought they were from all the information I had gathered and read however the mechanic I was going to use to do the job is telling me that the 290s chain is a different size to the 260 and about a link shorter.. is this correct? Thanks
