I brought a Xh ute about 7 years ago for $2000 with rego and I towed with that thing every single day for a couple of years (150000 in those years ) and I have only ever had a few minor problems with it and I have done no maintenance on it at all ......and I mean no maintenance I have never even changed the oil or filter it's now up to 350000+ and still going strong I say go the 4.0 and flog it to death lol Cortina for life

I have the 510 in my Corty and that's heaps of fun I don't use it daily but it's not to bad if you had to use it daily but be prepared to replace your Tyres Cortina for life

Well as some of you know my old car was shortened thanks to a wall at heathcote. But thanks to Dave and all the time he spends on stalkbook I just purchased a new beacon. I will pick it up this week then the fun begins again. Here are some pics of it from stalkbook So it's a 2 owner car and looks to be in great nick so I'm a very happy man ATM Cortina for life
