no, but you can get this really good self adhesive stuff in rolls of it from autobarn. its specifically designed to take the heat of an engine bay. you just clean the surface, but the stuff out to the shape and carefully stick it on. looks nice too.

I managed to finish work 2 early today. I was home by 6pm, and with daylight savings i could get a list of small jobs done on the car. this morning before leaving for work, i attacked the seat rail adapters with the angle grinder to cut what i didnt need off. picked up some new nuts and bolts on the way to work, and test fitted the adapter as soon as i got home from work... it took me 3 attempts, taking the seat in and out of the car, adjusting the height of the seat on the adapter (3 heights available) then ended up turning the adapter 180 degrees around before it finally went in comfortably. its an awesome fit in the car. plenty of room. this photo below was taken with the seat set for me. I cant afford to go any further forward because the bolster would hit the door handle. but its perfect for me. I attempted to change the broken headlight, with no avail because it was an aftermarket replacement, the globe holder holes are smaller (more modern) so it has H4 main beam (as compared to HB4, which is just a large based version of H4) and the parker globe is T10 wedge style, rather than bayonet like the original parkers. so i put the broken headlight back in. I also put got around to winding the driver's side drum brake off so it isnt binding anymore, as well re-fitted the stick on wheel weight that fell off. hopefully it will stay on now..i cleaned the wheel with prepsol, put new double sided tape on, and some strong black cloth tape over the top to keep it on the wheel. it aint going anywhere hopefully. After doing all this, i took the the car for a drive. all i can say is, wow. that seat is amazing. its comfy, and gives way more support up under the legs. the bolsters are mad at holding me still because i have more support under the legs, it seems that the car is almost easier to drive. my gear changes and motion on the clutch is much better than with the stock seat. Safe to say the car is ready for sunday. by the time i leave my place, pick up my other half from her place, get to the start of the run on sunday, do the run, to her place and home again. ill be up for over 200km in the car. im now pretty confident the car will do it easy, and it will be comfy enough for the trip
